Virginia Arts Recording was founded by R. Paul Brier, musician, composer and performer. Together with his wife and partner, Lyn Brier, Virginia Arts became synonymous with high-quality recording services and providing a high level of customer service.
Virginia Arts' facility (a cozy-looking white house with an inviting porch on the outside; a spacious, comfortable recording facility on the inside) has recently completed a transformation into a cutting- edge recording facility. Virginia Arts' new owner, Chris Doermann, is a graduate of UVa, and a resident of Charlottesville for seven years. After attending Middle Tennessee State's highly rated program in production technology, Chris assumed the reins at Virginia Arts, and carries on the tradition of providing a high level of customized service, preserving the best of traditional recording capabilities, and adding powerful new recording technology tools.
Situated in the heart of Charlottesville, near Interstate 64, the Downtown Mall and University of Virginia, Virginia Arts has turned out thousands of projects for clients in virtually every genre for over twenty years.
We hope that you will give us a call or stop by soon, and give us the opportunity to serve you.
